• Fabulous Place to Stay

  This was a fabulous place to stay for our trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. We had a beautiful view, the house was very clean, the lay out was great and the location was very convenient for activities in the White Mountains. It was the perfect place for us.

  Love this place! NO better Mountain View than this lovely spot, beautifully maintained, peaceful, exquisite views! We just hiked Mt Willard short drive from here, fabulous!!

  The height of two beds were very high, we have to use step-stool (provided by host) climb up the matress an at night One has to climb down to go to Bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Elderly member of my family has to sleep on the sofa for entire stay. The matress in basement were not in good condition.

  - We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is approximately 3 ft. from the ground and we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!

• Beautiful views, great location

  House is as pictured, views are incredible, very peaceful, private location. House was very clean and we enjoyed the artwork. Close to hiking in Franconia Notch and nearby towns which have some great breweries. Owner was very responsive and accomodated a last minute request to add an extra night. We would stay again.

• Great stay

  The interior was immaculately clean and updated. No musty smells anywhere as one user mistakenly reported. Starter supplies and all needed dishware, pots, pans, linens towels, etc were provided. Master bed was very comfortable and there was ample room. Very convenient to downtown, Polly's Pancake and Sugar Hill, Route 93 and all Franconia Notch features. Terrific 3 season porch and wood provided for fireplace. Includes a generator - very important and not something we had considered before booking. We will from now on. Hot tub needed maintenance. We did not use.
