  What a great house to visit and stay at! Huge bonus having the entire basement as a play room and the extra large bathtubs for the little ones! Plenty of space throughout the house for 9 people 3 of them were 5 and under!!

  We had such a great time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, the house was clean, you felt safe and they had anything and everything you would need. The kids had a great time using the kayaks and paddle board. The beach with the basketball court was perfect for us. The kids had a great time playing in the finished basement with multiple air hockey tournaments while the adults were able to have their own fun upstairs hanging around the kitchen island. And being so conveniently close to North Conway was a huge plus.

  My family used to own a condo in North Conway for 20+ years which we used to rent out as well. So I would said we could be considered hard to please guests. NAC met our expectations above and beyond what we would have ever expected. My mother and I were so impressed with how perfect the entire house was for everyone. If you need it, they have it. It literally felt like home away from home and that is SO important.

  Cheryl was such a pleasure to work with. She was so quick to respond with any question and provided any and all info we could possibly need.

  If you want to have a great experience in a cozy home that literally feels like home away from home, you must stay here!!!

• Perfect birthday week

  The house was perfect for Nana and Papa, their two daughters, and their families. Everything we needed from baby to adult was provided. We used the beach toys, beach chairs, kayaks, high chairs, air hockey table, giant connect four, life jackets etc. There wasn’t anything we felt was missing. We went to Edelweiss Beach numerous times. We thought of trying the other beaches, maybe next time. We went to Storyland that was not too far away. Overall great location and beautiful home for a memorable family vacation and to celebrate Nana’s birthday!

  This is our 3rd summer renting this house. We love it so much. The beaches are so close and perfect for kids. The house is so close to downtown for Storyland in the summer and skiing and tubing at King Pine and Cranmore in the winter.

  Cheryl, the host, is so helpful and accommodating. I could t recommend this house more.

  We had a fantastic time at this home and it’s only 20 min away from North Conway. The game room downstairs was a hit for all ages. The kids spent hours playing air hockey down there. We spend 2 separate days at Eidelweiss Beach paddle boarding, swimming kayaking, fishing and relaxing. We went to Santa’s village one day, it’s an hour away but the scenic view breathtaking! Our family appreciated the attention to detail with the accommodations and quick responses when we had questions.

  This home is only 20 min from downtown North Conway where we enjoyed the Conway scenic railway, The Met coffee shop, Zebs, Pirates Cove Mini golfing, Lickity Splits ice cream and Flatbread pizza co. Restaurant!
