  House was not nearly as nice as it appeared in the pictures. It clearly at one point was occupied by smokers and the cotton candy air fresheners hanging from the ceiling fan, while super classy, didn’t quite do enough to hide the smell. The street and area it was in were also very rough unfortunately - not the owners fault but the price point made us think we would have been in a decent area which was not the case at all. Overall the place was a bit gross, strange and disappointing - will definitely not be back

  - They do their best to ensure the home is presented accurately, and the listing photos reflect the home’s current layout and features. Many guests have found it to be just as expected and have highlighted its charm and style in their own reviews.
  - The home did experience a fire in the past. While it has been fully restored, some lingering odor may remain. The homeowner has used air fresheners to help with this and is actively exploring more permanent solutions to improve the indoor scent.
  - The home is located on a cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood, which may not match every guest’s preferences. While the surrounding area is outside the homeowner’s control, they have priced the home lower than similar properties to offer value for larger groups.

  Unassuming on the outside to fit into the neighborhood, but absolutely stunning inside! Tastefully decorating with all the amenities of home. Plenty of space for each person in our party getting their own room. The master is gorgeous and the mattress very comfy. My young adults appreciated the complimentary basket of snacks.

  My dad lives in the area and we have large family gatherings at his home so will definitely be renting again if available.

• Beautiful home

  Although the neighborhood the house is settled in has a few sketchy homes, this home is beautiful inside! Plenty of space for the 5 of us with each getting our own room. The young adults and teens loved the hospitality basket! I appreciated the tasteful decorating and furniture. Also AC and/or fans aplenty to combat the heat. Will definitely book here again as my parents have an annual family BBQ in a neighboring town.
