  Not disclosed, there were 50 stairs from parking to unit doorway, which were not shoveled and very icy when we arrived.Claims to be "Ski-In/Ski-Out w/deck"Although one of the ski slopes is nearby, you have to climb a very step hill to gain access.And the deck was not cleared of several feet of snow and ice.Otherwise unit was cozy and Bretton Woods has great skiing.

  Unit was fine, was a bit older than it appeared in pictures but it served our purpose for the weekend. All was in working order.

• Broken Bathroom

  I’ll start with the positives, we LOVED Bretton Woods. We had so much fun skiing the glades and venturing over to Stickey’s Cabin so that probably skewed the whole experience toward the positive. That said, the townhome was not truly ski in ski out. You had to hike up a very steep hill behind the rental or walk down the street to a lower entry point to access the slopes. This was ok for us but might not be ideal for others.

  The condo itself could use some upgrades but the view was very pretty. The rugs were old and dirty, the kitchen was awkwardly laid out, the pots and pans were gross, the sink in the half bathroom had a broken faucet and the downstairs toilet was broken. We tried on several occasions to contact the property manager to at least get the toilet working and she did not respond. Most would expect laundry in a townhome this size yet the listing failed to mention that there is no laundry which just feels sneaky. Overall, we loved Bretton Woods but would probably not return to this rental even though it was more affordable than others.

  - The downstairs toilet is being repaired, and the half-bathroom sink will be addressed as well. Additionally, we will be replacing any worn or "gross" pots and pans to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped.
  - It's important to note that we do not advertise on-site laundry, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
  - We followed up with the property manager regarding responsiveness to your concerns and she was unable to locate any missed communication.

  Rough around the edges dated but functionally fine, not easy to find, not well marked but .... its ski in ski out and that's what i was there to do!
