Ruff around the edges
3/5 Location and view were great. Spacious living area and nice deck. The house was a bit too dirty upon arrival. Had to sweep the floor and wash most of the dishes before using. There was still laundry (sheets) in the washer. The outdoor grill was filthy with two hotdogs on the grill left from previous. Lack of cleanliness and worn furniture make a return probably a no-go

Pleasant family vacation
5/5 We had a great time in Dave's townhouse in Campton. The sunset view from the patio was breathtaking. The townhouse had lots of space to relax. The kids loved the bedroom in the attic. It's close to Welch Dickey trailhead and nice restaurants. We would come back.
