  Rooms were clean. Kitchen was a little small but very well stocked. Everything that you needed was there

  Overall great cottage! Well stocked and clean. A little disappointed with the road noise from Rt 103 (didn’t realize how close and busy that would be). Crystal clear lake! Walking to Sweet Beet market very convenient. Sap on side deck a bit too sticky to walk on and use. But wonderful porch area to eat and look out at lake!

Traffic there varies and sometimes the sound seems to carry more than at other times. We have had thoughts of turning the deck into a screened and covered porch as a solution to the pine sap. We aren’t permitted to remove any living trees that close to the lake front. In any event, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay.

  This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

  This is the second year we stayed love the location. Kayaks were small for adults though. Grill needed gas. Place was very clean had full kitchen, plenty of towels, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to friends. Nice country setting

  Cindy, thank you for your kind review and for returning to our cottage. I’m glad you found it as comfortable and enjoyable as before. There is a note in the Guest Handbook mentioning an extra propane tank in the garage, but I will check on that. The kayaks are not children’s kayaks and are meant for adult use, but they are white water kayaks, which tend to be smaller and cozier. Hope to see you back again.
