  We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin over the winter break! We stayed in this rental so that we could visit our grown children who live in the area. The property was clean, quiet and spacious. The decor is attractive and adorable - lots of bears and raccoons and moose! The overall energy of the space is peaceful, welcoming and playful.There was plenty of seating in the living room and the kitchen for talking and playing games - the kitchen table was the perfect size for board games and snacks!The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for 3-6 people and allowed us to meet everyone's dietary restrictions without spending a lot of time or money at restaurants.Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean & tidy. The temp was just right and the host was immediately available when we had some trouble with the key box. A couple things I would point out for other visitors; We didn't expect the entryway stairway to be quite as long/tall as it is but it was not an issue or any of us and it's quite likely that the property description included that info and I just didn't catch it. I did wish that I had brought an extra blanket because I like to sleep with more weight than the bedding provided but I was not cold and everyone slept well.We'll definitely try to book this rental for our next visit!

• Home away from home!

  We have stayed at this place 3 or 4 times. It is **clean** so clean! It is spacious, comfortable and has everything you could want. Three couples share a house that has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed - and that is rare! Plenty of room for us to sit around the table, as well as sit in the living room at the end of the day. We have room to cook meals and clean up without tripping over each other.

  Aside from all of that, the owner is so easy to communicate with and super responsive!

  I highly recommend this rental!

  Clean, spacious, and well appointed home. Space for parking our SUV, and truck with sxs trailer. We had a great stay!
