5/5 Stayed with 12 adults and 4 infants for New Years. Great stay! House is huge with so much space to spread out. Nicely decorated for the holidays. We loved the fireplace. It did snow while we were there and the driveway was not plowed, so just be aware if you are driving a smaller car. We did not have any issues. Thanks for a great stay!

5/5 We enjoyed this property very much. Lots of living and sleeping space. Great for extended family gatherings. Every one enjoyed the pool table. Gunstock skiing and Laconia restaurants & shopping are close by. The owner is friendly, accessible and helpful.
4/5 The house was perfectly decorated for the holidays. It is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for a large group, allowing everyone to spend time in the same area or separate, if someone needed a break. Though the house needs a number of upgrades (bathrooms, kitchen stove, broken furniture, etc) we would still highly recommend!

5/5 Even we had bathtub handle problem, the property owner was very helpful and polite. He answered questions even at night and holiday. Living room was huge space for kids play. Location was quiet which made our vacation enjoyable.

5/5 House was exactly what we needed for a large group. Open concept worked out well and plenty of sleeping options. There was some construction going on in the detached garage with some supplies and dumpster in driveway, but otherwise as advertised. Owner was responsive and would book again.
