  The property was clean and cozy. Renter responded to texts very promptly and they did their best to be accommodating. Cooking supplies a bit limited. Not prepared with salt and shovels for snow covered driveway and icy steps.

• Nice place just don't forget anything

  We had a love stay at this place, my boyfriend and I stayed to the weekend of my sister's wedding. Unfortunately my bf left his jacket there and the management took several days to go to the location and retrieve his jacket and she said she'd mail it to us but it's been several weeks and no jacket and the manager has straight up ghosted me. $100 jacket and he only got to wear it once. Will probably adjust my rating once our stuff has been returned but as of 11/11/2024 we are going on week 4 without our property.

  My daughter and her partner were coming to the area to visit my dad so we renwanted anplace in town.

  When we got to this property, the outside yard was not taken care of was not very inviting . as we walked up the stairs. They were full of leaves and branches not good . when we entered the house. It was very musty. Once inside, it looked very nice. Around the floorboards was not clean good we even found contact lenses. The best part of the place was the fire pit. Our grandchildren had fun.

We want to share the following in hopes of addressing some of your concerns:
  - Our home is located in a beautiful wooded area by the lake, where it’s common to occasionally spot a spider or their webs. Rest assured, they are not harmful, but being near nature means we do see these from time to time. Similarly, leaves and natural debris may collect on the exterior steps, especially between cleanings. However, our cleaning team works diligently to ensure the stairs are regularly cleared. The photos you provided show a minimal amount of natural debris, and we’re sorry this affected your experience.
  - We take cleanliness very seriously, and our cleaning team follows a thorough process that includes vacuuming and washing the floorboards after each stay. When we asked for further photo evidence of specific issues, such as contact lenses or other cleanliness concerns, we did not receive additional images beyond those of the exterior staircases. If any cleanliness concerns had been raised at the time of your arrival, we would have been more than happy to address them promptly.
  - We encourage our guests to reach out with any concerns during their stay so we can address them in real-time. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any issues until after your departure. If we had known about your concerns upon check-in, we could have taken steps to ensure everything met your expectations during your stay.
