  We had to make contact to get check in information. We did not know there was quiet hours at 600 am. The renters below came into our rental to nicely ask us to keep it down. Was very uncomfortable that they were able to enter the “locked” door. All worked out fine but if they could open the door then, would they return when we were gone for the day? Spacious property. Nice neighborhood. No information re: check out besides time so did the normal like we had in other places (trash, dishwasher etc). Would not return.

  - The check-in code is always provided in advance, and quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am are clearly listed in the house rules at booking.
  - The host team lives onsite in the lower level of the home, provides guest support during the stay, and completes the cleaning after each visit.
  - The property is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and many past travelers have found it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
  We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing clear communication and a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests."

  A nice place that could be slightly improved. Needs dishwasher repair, and hand towels and towel racks in bathrooms. Host was helpful and kind.

  Great open space and spacious bedrooms! Fun yard with a basketball hoop in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. Responsive property manager. Minimal kitchen utensils if you are planning to cook, but drip coffee and coffee/tea was provided. Bathrooms need some updates, but otherwise great!
