4/5 A very nice, clean and well-arranged place to stay. Small but had all of the amenities that we needed. I failed to realize, when I booked it, that it was entirely upstairs (my bad) and my wife is somewhat handicapped and we are both getting old and somewhat feeble, so carrying everything up and down the stairs was the only downside.

Gorgeous sunsets!
5/5 A wonderful place to stay in Beatrice. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. My grandchildren adored feeding the alpacas and seeing the chickens and cows. Friendly hosts and well appointed accommodations. Will definitely come back again.

Awesome place to stay
5/5 Stop! Quit searching for places to stay in Beatrice. This is the place to stay. This place was everything described and more. My dad,brother and myself stayed here for a couple days and couldn't have been more happy about our stay.
Everything was flawless from the get go. Ms. Margie and Mr. Gary are first class folks with a wealth of knowledge of everything Beatrice. Mr. Gary is quite the story teller and will have you rolling.
All the farm animals some local some not so local are beautiful and quite interesting. We can't wait to come back again to see everyone. So go ahead and pick your dates stay here,you won't regret it.
