Great location!
5/5 Loved this condo - very clean and comfortable and so conveniently located! We could walk to restaurants and shops, and the beach is less than 30 minutes away. Communication with owner was great as well. Would definitely book again if in the area!

Attended Granddaughter’s Wedding at the Brooklyn Art Center
5/5 The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and nicely decorated. Only a block and a half from the wedding venue. It had everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. We enjoyed the local eateries and shops in the area! Beds were very comfortable for sleeping as were the sofas for sitting.
The ladies would have preferred the lighting in the bathrooms be a little more brighter for applying makeup.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and other guest at the wedding said the would consider it in the future during their visits to Wilmington!

Great spot downtown
5/5 This property was in a great location for walking downtown. We especially loved the coffee shop and bakery right out the front door! The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Spectacular Condo!
5/5 We were tempted to spend all of our time in this beautifully decorated, well appointed condo; however, exploring the cafes, bars and restaurants in the Brooklyn Arts District and walking to downtown Wilmington was time well spent. The property manager was very timely and helpful with any request. We hope this condo is available each time we’re in the area.
