5/5 Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Had an issue with the internet. Contacted Tyler who responded within in minutes. After a few texts and photos sent the problem was resolved.
Late summer getaway
5/5 My spouse and I stayed for a week. It was our first time in Wilmington. The property location was perfect for us. The pool was very private and it was close to go to the beaches and great restaurants. There were a couple of bugs in the house (but that is what to expect in the south). The pool is older but very private and we loved that it was salt water. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Nice house, a few little things
4/5 The house was very convenient and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed our stay and found the mattresses to be in great condition and the amenities generally above expectations for short-term rentals.
The kitchen was well stocked and things were excellent for cooking meals and relaxing. The house has generally been nicely remodeled and is a good rental.
