Great place to stay in Wilmington
5/5 This property was nicely decorated and clean. A great location with a reasonable walk to downtown Wilmington and the waterfront. We were in for our daughter's UNCW college tour so it was a great place to call home base while in town. I would highly recommend this place to others!

A perfect family get away close to river walk
5/5 Hi! We loved our stay here! The property was clean and it offered the perfect space for our family’s needs. It was close to many restaurants and the heart of Wilmington, the river walk.
The property management company, Evolve, and owner were very responsive for check in details when we arrived a little early. It didn’t bother us, but the property is adjacent to a little restaurant/bar with a quaint outdoor venue with live music which was audible from the condo. They did shut down at a reasonable time in the evenings which was nice. I would highly recommend this place!

Great find in Wilmington
5/5 This place was so nice and felt safe for my daughters and I to stay in. Great location to walk to downtown and riverfront. Close to UNCW and beach by car. I would highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Wilmington.
