We came to visit with some friends for the weekend and this place did not disappoint! Everything was extremely clean and the location could not be beat, especially with the price. Right by some cool little bars and within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was perfect. Would definitely come back here if we were in the area again!

The condo in the Brooklyn Arts District was great. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. Cute coffee shop (Brooklyn Cafe) right across the street (open 7 days a week), a great place for lunch (Kitchen Sink) also across the street, a bar right across the street, great burger joint, several restaurants, and 2 microbreweries within a couple of blocks. The location was extremely convenient (easy walking) for attending a concert at Live Oak Pavilion and watching the NC Azalea Parade. Easy walk to downtown with its many restaurants, bars, historic houses, etc. Communication with the owners was fantastic. I hate to say this because I don't want to increase the competition to stay here in the future...but I highly recommend this condo if you're ever visiting Wilmington.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. The location to downtown bars/restaurants was within walking distance. The condo was clean and decorated so nicely. The owner makes her own pottery and as a welcome gift you can take home a piece of pottery for free. We also bought a piece as a souvenir. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental.
Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back.

Property owners communicated very early and specifically. The place is in a great location - enjoyed the close access to downtown Wilmington and other parts of the Brooklyn Arts district. Thanks!
