  Cabin was beautiful. Disappointed when i called the owner to let them know the BR TV was not working and was told there was nothing he could do. Wood beetles are horrible in the cabin. 100's of them. They get in food, hair, drinks etc. We almost left due to them. These are not the ladybugs they warn you about.

  - The bedroom TV stopped working during your stay, which happened to fall over the Christmas holiday. With local stores closed and limited options over the weekend, there wasn’t a way to replace it during your visit. The large TV in the living room remained available for use, and a brand-new bedroom TV has since been installed for future guests.
  - The homeowner uses a professional pest control service, Orkin, to keep the property maintained. They hadn’t received any prior or recent reports about wood beetles, but they’ve shared your comments with Orkin to take a closer look and ensure the issue is addressed.

  The cabin is so quaint and well stocked. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the acreage is beautiful. We enjoyed it immensely! A lot of stink bugs but otherwise it was incredible!

Unfortunately you visited during the time when the temperatures were suddenly changing and some of the outside mountain critters were looking for a warm place to hide from the cold. The good news is that this is only a fleeting issue and our exterminators have everything under control.

  Beautiful home with beautiful view! Loved the privacy and peacefulness of our stay, yet it was near to some really quaint towns. We found some nice hiking areas near us. We appreciated the great directions!
