House has everything needed. Housekeeping apparently hadn’t finished prior to our arrival, dishwasher full, dryer full of bed linens, washer full of wet towels, sofa by the washer stacked up with a pile of dry, unfolded bed linens just in a pile. Haven’t experienced that on arrival at a VRBO before. Rest of the stay was Ok except for Hurricane Helene, had to leave in a hurry, house had lost power, couldn’t run the appliances and had no cell service. The area was hit hard, praying for the residents there.

I wish someone would clean up the over growth of bushes around the house . Outside of that it was a very comfortable stay . Two roads to get there needs lots of work

Overall this property was nice and as described. The upper unit is nicer in my opinion, but we didn't use the downstairs. It is much cooler downstairs than upstairs due to how the home is built. We loved that we could take our pets. We did have issues with the TVs and internet connection while we were there but my husband was able to get it reset. One of the best things we liked was the huge previous laundry room, which was a great place to put our dog stuff and feed them. We also really liked location as it was about 10-20 minutes to drive to most things but very quiet overall. This is a one lane road to get to this house, but it really was not bad and everyone we passed got over or vice versa. Probably my favorite thing (wish we had known) was this house has A LOT of kitchen items. Blender, coffee maker, tin foil, cutting boards, knives etc. More well equipped than most VRBOs. The only other thing is that the upstairs bedroom gets warm if you close the door. There is a ceiling fan and extra fan, but we really had to turn the air down more in the evenings. Overall great stay and comfortable house. We would stay there again.

The house was only just fine. Good value for money spent. Well appointed with all the needed equipment. The road in was really bad until the actual road the house was located. There were some things that should be addressed and an email was sent but as of the writing of this there was no response to acknowledge. Check in was easy. A word of caution, there is a steep set of stairs right inside the doorway. Maneuvering luggage or walkers and or people should be done carefully or close the door to the steps. Overall though it was a good place to sleep after outdoor adventures.

My family loved this property and are already talking about booking it again! The driveway is is a bit rough, if you have 4WD, it's helpful. Our dogs loved the yard and liked to watch the donkey down the way. We had breakfast on the patio every morning looking at the mountains and it was amazing! With a large group, we filled the outdoor garbage can so that could be an issue if you have extended stay. We will definitely book this property again!
