Gorgeous View
5/5 We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The view does not disappoint! My favorite part was sitting on the porch, reading and relaxing with the view. The cabin is pretty centrally located to visit many other areas. We had a blast in the game room challenging each other. Cabin had just about anything needed. Only recommendation would be when it comes time to replace the refrigerator, get one with an ice maker. We will come back in the fall so that we can use the new fire pit area and the fireplace.

So relaxing!
5/5 This little house feels so secluded and like it’s totally removed from the world, but it’s just a few minutes drive into downtown Waynesville. It was the perfect size for our family of four, and our boys loved the arcade games, air hockey table, fire pit, and hot tub. My husband and I loved the porch- we had our morning coffee there every morning and watched the fog swirl on the mountaintop across the way. The landscaping with all the flowers and surrounding trees is beautiful. The bathrooms are very nicely updated, plenty of towels and space to put your toiletries. The beds were super comfortable, too. We had all the kitchen gear we needed- pans, pots, utensils, toaster, coffee maker that handles grounds and kcups.
If I had to offer any critiques, the AC was great to cool down the house, but the bedrooms stayed a bit warmer- probably just the layout of the house. We didn’t turn it on until late in the evenings a couple nights because the main parts of the house stayed cool with just the porch door open. So if you’re there in the summer, turn it on a couple hours before bedtime and you’ll be great!

Log cabin stay
5/5 Wonderful cozy cabin. Only a short drive into town with grocery, restaurants and other shopping options. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace, and the cabin is very nicely furnished. Great quality linens, bedding, etc. The Mountain View was great!
