- GPS reception can be spotty in the area, so it's best to set your GPS before leaving Highway 107. Be sure to turn onto Luker Branch Road, as GPS may mistakenly direct you to Floyd Jones Road instead

DIRECTIONS:
- From Highway 107, turn left onto Highway 281, just past Dollar General
- Drive 1.5 miles and turn left onto Luker Branch Road, right after Floyd Jones Road
- Once on Luker Branch, take the first left onto the gravel road
- Just past the chain-link fence (which can be easy to miss), follow the gravel road to our black security gate

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The farm security gate at the driveway entrance isn't locked, it just appears that way. It's secured with a chain and a carabiner clip. There's no need to lock it during your stay, but please make sure to lock it when you leave
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 6569, followed by the enter button
- 3 keys are hanging in the laundry room: 1 for the main house, 1 for the bunkhouse, and 1 for the garage door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
