Wonderful get away
5/5 The home is absolutely lovely and there’s an attention to detail in making sure you have a wonderful stay. The owners made sure you really feel at home. The house was spotless on arrival and I look forward to staying here again and recommending it to visiting family!
check in was delayed
4/5 The only thing that went wrong was we didn’t have the code to get into the house and we waited two hours after original check in. The email from the owners was never received and they were unaware of this which created the problem because the contact person was not returning our calls.

Hi Jaime, thanks for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during check-in. We send our guests an email with all the necessary check-in information three days before arrival, and it was sent to the email we had on record. We understand that you no longer check that email, which contributed to the issue. Despite the limited cell service in the area, we responded immediately once we were made aware of the problem and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible.
