Great place to stay for a week at the beach
5/5 Our family of five stayed at this house during a recent trip to Topsail Beach. The house was in great shape and we appreciated the attention to detail that was put into some of the updates. It is a short walk to the beach or to the bay. The kids enjoyed the shed full of beach toys and the closet with board games. John was friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect July 4th family beach trip.
5/5 Traveled with our 2 married daughters plus husbands, one 18 month old and 23 year-old son. Plenty of room for everyone! The beds were comfortable, and all the bathrooms have been renovated and are top notch. The kitchen has everything you need. Underneath the house is good space for all beach paraphernalia, but the house comes with a lot of beach chairs to use. They also have beach bikes, which we enjoyed using. The downstairs shower was my favorite after a day on the beach. Short walk across the street to the beach access. I have to say the best part is the front porch. We spent a ton of time sitting out there. Comfortable Adirondack chairs and enough for everyone. The owner John is communicative and answers any questions. He even alerted us to watch out for riptides one day when the weather was dicey. Definitely rent this beach house! You’ll have a blast.

Great Beach House Location
5/5 We enjoyed our beach vacation in Topsail! Easy entry, great communication from John and clean on arrival. Great house location with an easy walk to beach access. Outdoor shower and gated backyard was great for post beach cleanup. It was close enough to “town” to go grab dinner but the kitchen amenities made it easy to make all our meals in house. Comfortable beds, nicely remodeled bathrooms, TVs everywhere (but we didn’t need them!) We really enjoyed our getaway and would definitely book again!
