4/5 This "older house" does need a few upgrades, but it was great for my wife and I. It was very clean, and has all the amenities you need. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch with a great view of the ocean. The picture of a shark made of shark's teeth was awesome. Yes, we would stay here again.

5/5 Perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating at the cottage. House was clean and kitchen was well furnished. Just need to add that it is an older home meaning, there are minor imperfections. But all in all, it was a great experience.

Lovely vintage style cottage on the beach!
5/5 My family and I recently spent almost three weeks at this older but lovely little cottage on the ocean at Topsail Beach. We enjoyed the location (about one mile north of the Jolly Roger Pier); easy walking distance to the town of Topsail Beach. The beach in front of the house was very expansive and the beach combing was fabulous! Found many fossilized shark's teeth, including one the size of my palm. The house is cozy; it is a bit quirky but nothing that detracted in any way of our enjoyment. Owner Justin was a great host and very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great vacation.
4/5 5/5 We had an amazing stay and loved it being oceanfront. Sitting on the rooftop deck was so nice first thing in the morning and late afternoon. When the rain came, the screen in porch was nice to still be outside and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We made Chicken Alfredo and Tacos while we were there along with breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. We did not have any issues with the AC (as some of the reviews have noted). We will book again!
