• Great Cousins Trip!

  We stayed at this house with 3 families: 4 adults and 8 kids ages 7-14, and had an amazing experience. The house was clean and well equipped - we cooked every night and had all of the dishes, pans, utensils, etc. we could possibly need, and we ESPECIALLY appreciated the grills. The gas grill uses the gas line from the house, so you just have to switch it on and off - no propane tank needed! We also really liked the large dining room table and outdoor table/seating. All of the other supplies were plentiful - bath linens, toilet paper, soap, etc.

  We had plenty of space for our crew, and appreciated the variety of sleeping arrangements; although, "sleeps 13" assumes every full/queen sleeps two people. One teen slept on the couch in the living room, so we would have loved an additional twin/twin bunk and/or another common area couch somewhere.

  We loved the beachfront property with private access. There is a public beach access right next door, but the beach never got overly crowded. The outdoor hoses and shower were convenient, but there were not a lot of beach supplies (no chairs or boogie boards, just some sand toys) - not a complaint, just good to know to bring your own!

  Btw Jessica, there is a trundle in the bunk bedroom on the middle floor. I am not sure if you used it or not. So in essence, there is 1king, 3 Queens, 3 Full size and 2 twin beds incl the trundle.

  Beautiful house that has been well kept. House had every comfort of home. So much space for everyone to spread out and have alone time while all being able to be together. Cant wait to stay again next year.

  We stayed at the house for our annual family getaway. Everyone loved the house. The elevator rocked!! One of us was on crutches from a recent surgery. Instead of hopping up 3 flights of stairs, he was able to get to the living room without a problem. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a home that can accommodate a large number of people with spectacular views
