Not satisfied
2/5 Fire place did not work
Had water leak from water heater while there. Someone came while we were out to repair ( no notice that they would be there) and left a mess for us to clean up.
Someone else came while we were out and worked on fire place (again no notice that someone would be there) left a mess for us to clean up.
We feel our privacy was invaded with no heads up that someone would be there while we were not. Especially since our dogs were left there.
Emergency contact did not answer phone or messages.
Nice home but poor management. If no better customer service than this we will not be using VRBO or Evolve in the future.

Birthday trip
5/5 We had the best time. The house was just wonderful. We were close to West Jefferson and Boone. Every one we met was so friendly. Would definitely go back and stay here again.
