5/5 Had the pleasure of a quick overnight at the cottage. Extremely roomy and comfortable. The decor was immaculate, modern appliances, brand new kitchen and Bathroom. Will visit again soon, hoping to enjoy the deck when the weather changes. Compliments to the owners, the place is beautiful!!! And the location is perfect.

5/5 This charming getaway is perfectly situated for walking to just about anything you want to do it Topsail. The home is brand new and decorated so nicely that you feel like home away from home. Perfect for a small family or couple looking for a rental close to the beach and all that Topsail Island has to offer.
Smartly Decorated and Great Location
5/5 Awesome location. Short walk to the beach, pier, local park, restaurants and bars. For breakfast, it's right next to a bagel and donut store. The inside is equipped with brand new amenities- refrigerator, washer/dryer, beds, etc. Really, really nice place.
