• Not what we expected

  Unfortunately, not a great stay at all. We have stayed at Sandpiper Bay for 5+ years. this unit was the same price as the other unit my family rented for the same week. This unit was awful. Beds were not sleepable. We slept on the couch. TV has not internet abilities so no cable, no streaming etc. Very small tv. Carpets were stained, blinds were broken. Fan and light broken as well. too bad... Not worth the money at all..

  - The beds in the unit are clean and have been well-reviewed by previous guests, but we understand that guests have their comfort levels.
  - The carpets were checked recently and found to be free of stains.
  - Our cleaning team meticulously cares for the property to ensure it meets our high standards.
  - We are aware of occasional connectivity issues with the smart TV and are planning to replace it soon.
  - We will inspect the blinds, fan, and light to address any issues promptly.

• Wonderful place to stay while on vacation.

  This place was very clean upon arrival. Very quiet at night so you can get plenty of rest. Communication w/ owner was awesome and answered every email promptly. I will be looking and keeping this place in mind when we go on our next beach trip. I have to say.... its the best place we've stayed at i. Years. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Thanks again. Stay Blessed!!!!

• Excellent host , comfortable condo.

  We stayed at this property for 30 days while searching for a house to buy in the area. Host was very responsive about any needs throughout the stay. His coffee maker was old and I messaged him saying he should consider replacing it. He’s not a coffee drinker himself but immediately ordered a Keurig from Amazon to be delivered the next day. I would definitely stay again. Condo was stocked with treats and a bottle of wine. Plenty of room and a lovely balcony overlooking the pond. Much appreciated.
