Great condo
5/5 Condo was perfect, nicely decorated, clean and in a great location as we utilized the pool and restaurant. Restaurant has excellent seafood. We would rent again.
Perfect fit!
5/5 This condo was a perfect fit for us and our grown children. The unit was extremely clean and nicely decorated and there was ample parking. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed all the community had to offer, including the walking trails as we brought our dogs with us. The beach was only minutes away and there was a grocery store and restaurants close by. It was a wonderful trip and we hope to be able to visit again VERY soon!

5/5 The unit was very nice but a few suggestions. We have operated short term rentals previously. Would recommend coffee filters (we left the ones we had to buy), dish soap, extra trash bags, salt and pepper etc. be included. We arrived at night and finding the unit was very confusing even with GPS. I’m sure many guests are visiting the beach. A short hose by the front door to rinse off shoes/feet would cut down on tracked in sand and dirt. It rained most of the weekend so this was a particularly important issue. An entrance rug and maybe several other small area rugs would help with this. There is a problem with the middle support of the bed. Underneath the bed there is a middle support that is loose. Tried to fix but mattress is too heavy but any movement in the bed makes a noise like a slat is loose. Don’t want the leg to totally break. Took linens off bed to investigate and started some of them in the washer. Did not have time to switch to dryer before check out. Otherwise the location near the bridge to the beach, a nice park on the ICW and nearby good restaurants without driving in traffic were all wonderful amenities. Recommend it!

Great location
5/5 My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had our dog with us and being on the lower level made having potty walks easier. There are pathways around the condo to walk our dog and the Sunset Beach Park is close enough for you to walk to. It was clean and nicely decorated. We would book it again

Great property manager, terrible TV service
3/5 Very loud party 2 doors down to left until 2am with guests out front getting high, thankfully just the 1 night. We knew from photos there was not a kitchen/dining table, we know not to go that route again. Some small gnatlike crawling bugs in kitchen. TVs are ridiculous-Roku, no local channels, you need a sign in for everything and the 3 do not load programming the same way. As a guest, I want to hit the on button and go, not try to figure out system and not be able to see local channels and watch NFL or NBA. Very nice towels, comfortable beds and pillows, great location and excellent property management communications.

-We apologize for the pests that you experience. We have ongoing pest control that the condo association manages and protects the home from these issues every three months
-Regarding the bugs; lakeside property environments will inevitably include insect life, which is important for the area ecosystem, As for any guest, especially at night, we advise that you keep unnecessary lights off near the door and close it as soon as possible after you enter
-The listing description states the property has Smart TVs, we have multiple free channels including YouTube channel and guests can log in to their own streaming services
-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control the neighbors or other residents and visitors to Sunset Beach, NC we are sorry if they made your stay less relaxing. We had not received a complaint about this yet, but we understand how this could have a negative impact on a guest's stay
