    This could've easily been a 1 star, and it could've easily been a 4 star review.

    The good, first.

    Nanette, our assigned hostess for the property was exceptional! The staff at the facility were also very helpful. Had it not been for their help, this could have been a real disaster. That being said, the place was clean and well equipped. The view was great, and the location was convenient.

    Now, the bad.

    For starters there was an extra lock on the door that was locked when we arrived, and no way to open it. Had I not gotten ahold of a maintence man leaving for the day, we would have been forced to stay elsewhere. To have a lock and not have a way for guests to open it, regardless of whether or not the last person in there should have locked it or not, is not smart. On top of that, the only fan in the place (that also doesn't have AC) was broken and it was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. It did cool by night time, but having an infant, and therefore, having an increased risk for SIDS because of the heat was not pleasant. Also, it should be stated right away that a place doesn't have AC, not hidden far down in the details. Lastly, there was nothing left to access the extra amenities at the facility, nor was there anything avialable to help us navigate anything.

    So, overall, this could have been much, much worse. But, it also could easily be made much, much better for the next person.

    -We are pleased to hear that our Guest Contact was helpful during your stay. She has been a fantastic asset to our team as well.
    -We will investigate the extra lock on the door and ensure it is removed. While I am unsure of its exact purpose or locking mechanism, we are committed to resolving this issue promptly.
    -We sincerely apologize for the absence of fans during your stay. Our Guest Contact informed us, and we immediately ordered three fans, which have already been delivered for future guests. As new owners of the condo earlier this year, we were unaware of the fan situation and appreciate your bringing it to our attention.
    -We are constantly looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. Regarding the A/C listing, we will work with our management company, Evolve, to ensure that information about the lack of A/C is more prominently displayed.
    -There should always be two amenity cards available on a table in the condo for guest use. We have added more details about these amenities to the Welcome Book to ensure clarity.
    Your feedback is highly appreciated, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
