5/5 We had a lovely time at the Opulant house. After sleeping in very comfortable beds the porch was our favorite spot to wake up to, drinking coffee in the morning or just catching up on the days events in the evening. Our middle son was married over the weekend and the venue was 5 min away which made it so easy to go back and forth for anything. The pool was a great way to cool off and decompress. The hot tub was a nice plus as well. There was a great little restaurant around the corner with delicious food. Try it! If you like a small town charm and peaceful setting this is a great stay. The house itself is a beautiful and charming home with many beautiful touches. You will feel the history in it while staying there! Loved it. The owner couldnt have been more kind, helpful and genuinly concerned for our comfort and happiness. We highly reccomend it !

Beautiful historical home
4/5 My family and I stayed at the home for the weekend to attend a wedding. Good home for an adult weekend but Kinda hard to keep up with a 2 and 3 yr old in a home with lots of breakables around. The home was beautiful and very clean. The only issue we really had was amount of personal stuff the owners left. Clothes in every closet, so no room for our things.. Shoes by the door, clothes in the dryer. Food in the refrigerator that made putting our stuff in hard. Personal medicine in bathrooms with used soap in the shower.. It didn't take away from a beautiful home just kinda felt weird.
