5/5 This condo was very nicely appointed. It has a beautiful view overlooking the marina in St. James. We really enjoyed our stay and would urge anyone else looking for a place to stay in St. James to look here. The owners were great to communicate with. We have rented other properties in St. James and this was one of the best we stayed at.

4/5 First let me emphasize how beautiful the view is at this property. Absolutely stunning!
We were disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work, and although the local property owners were super friendly and responsive (they get a 5-star) we found the Evolve team didn’t want to work very hard to find the answers to our questions prior to the stay. Their responses were superficial and abrupt.

Wonderful harbor view condo!!
5/5 Our family visited family over Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful harbor view condo! The condo was so tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked and great stove/double oven! Beds very comfortable, lovely screened porch, great visit for our family!! Oh and stocked with fun family games!

Loved this property!!
5/5 Incredible view! Very comfortable beds, tiki bar steps from the condo, very clean, and well stocked. The only negative is that the beach access for guest had only a few parking spaces we could use. To go to the beach/pool was frustrating. We were never sure if there would be a space for us to park.
