  The house was adequate. Renters should know that the management company is very strict about no cars on the street, on the grass, or no more than three cars in the driveway. I made the mistake of having some family members who were staying close by over for dinner. Within 30 minutes, I got harassing phone calls and texts that the number of cars in driveway had exceeded the limit and there were too many people in the house. Very embarrassing for me. Someone from management showed up at the house within an hour (at 8:15 pm) to "break up" our "party" where the average age was 55 years old. There are tennis courts and pickleball close by, but courts are locked so they are not accessible to renters. I asked about this in advance and was not given an answer. No grill which is odd for a beach house. Nice selection of books. They should add 1984 to their collection - that was my experience.

  From the owner: Thank you for the feedback. We always use our guests' feedback to upgrade the experience for the next guests.
  
  We will also be more explicit in our listing, so our policies are clear to future guests. We would like to clarify the following;
  
  Our security company auto-notified us of excessive activity by sending a notification to the property manager, owner, and guest. Their automated surveillance showed the 1400 sq ft home, which has a limit of 2 cars and 5 guests. There were 5 cars in the driveway, plus 2 additional cars on the grass near the street.
  
  The security company also counted 17 guests coming into the home. This was the reason the property manager was deployed to check. The manager allowed the party, which was clearly non-disruptive. The people at the party started to disperse 2 hours later. This is our standard protocol to ensure things do not get out of hand.
  
  Parking on the street/yard is strictly prohibited by the township and is clearly stated in the rental agreement, as is the 5-guest limit, and "no parties, events, or large gatherings.
  
  We work very hard on our rental and only ask that all rules be followed to ensure safety and not to disrupt the neighborhood.

  Our stay was awesome!! We had a blast and the place was perfect for us!! Peggy was great when we needed something!!

• A nice home away from home experience

  The home was very clean and organized. The community was quiet and relaxing and we were very close to two beaches. Hillcrest Beach is our new fav spot. As a family it was nice to have puzzles, games and books during our down time between activities. Definitely recommend and everything was in order. Also communication of needed information from owners was very much appreciated. Could not have asked for a better beach experience.

• Amazing getaway

  Our family of 6 stayed at this property in the southern shores. The space is beautiful, really secluded space, ample space for everyone. Nice kitchen set up. We loved the wrap around porch for coffee and to relax. A few min drive to the ocean.

  This home a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect size for my family 7. Just minutes away from a private gorgeous beach. Minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
