Great Stay
4/5 My wife and I enjoyed our time here. Close (mostly walkable) to downtown SP. The house is comfortable and ideal for small families or a few couples. Great location to access golf courses in the area.

Nice home
4/5 A few minor issues, such as a broken coffee maker, broom, which were mostly solved(new broom was quickly brought over, not a coffee maker. There is a keurig to use if you buy or bring your own pods)The heat/air conditioning was still not working. Not sure if the programable thermostat needed adjustment or that too many guests tried to reprogram it, but it was never working right. It is a nice house, very clean and the location to downtown Southern Pines is also a plus. Quiet neighborhood with room for 2 cars in the front, walkable to trails at Weymouth Woods.
