The Perfect Getaway
5/5 The house and backyard are beautiful. The house gave us this nostalgic beach house feeling but with a mix of modern flare. What is arguably the best part is the views! Some of the sights from the windows and balconies are breathtaking. The backyard is like a scene from a movie. It was relaxing sitting in the water or swinging in the hammock. Check-in was super simple and the homeowner was very kind, friendly, and helpful with any issue. Check-out instructions were super simple also. By the end of the trip, none of us wanted to go back home. It was truly the perfect getaway for us.

5/5 The place was clean and quiet. So relaxing to go sit by the water, or on one of the decks! We also enjoyed the pool table.

5/5 The house is beautiful! It was very clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable, best we’ve had (this was one of our biggest 5 star mentions). The view from any of the bay facing decks is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly, the owner is wonderful to talk to even when you accidentally turn the alarm on . If you’d like true “home away from home experience I’d give this 10/10. You’ll feel like you fit in right away with the atmosphere and the location. The drive to Topsail is minimal and there are so many things to do in the area. We had the most amazing time there, especially catching crabs on chicken wrapped in string (we released them). It’s a wonderful place if you want the experience of the ocean and the bay without the crowds. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with absolutely no noise from neighbors. This is the perfect spot for a family.
