Not worth the price.....
3/5 We were in town for a wedding. We had 3 families staying. Beautiful views on the drive up to the house and from the backporch. Adequate parking provided. What needs improved: First impression, lack of lawn care. Over grown bushes in front of house.There was a musty smell on the lower level. A lot of the towels had old stains on them. Upstairs shower curtain was stained. All brown stains. Only received one towel per person for a 2 night stay. Only one tv worked. Jennifer informed us that others weren't hooked up. Remotes to tvs, batteries either dead or missing. Had to go get batteries, 20 min drive one way, only 7 miles from house. Having one tv with 3 families was not convenient. Limited pots and pans. If you're cooking for a large crowd,take extra cookware. Definitely go grocery shopping prior to arriving. Lights on the porch, some had broken glass or plastic coming from light sockets. Grandbaby was in her walker on back porch and almost grabbed it. No cushions on the back porch seating. Needs extra seating to enjoy the views. Mattress to toddler bed was badly stained pink. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Needless to say, won't be back.

5/5 This is a great place to stay in the Boone area. Very clean, beautiful view, strong internet, and Jennifer, our guest contact, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back here again with our family.
