Excellent house, great view!
5/5 Great stay for our week in NC. The house was wonderful and very well stocked. The layout is excellent and has tons of space (we had a family of 5, but could've fit more easily). We've rented a number of houses, and this house had a lot of nice extras... shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, handsoap at each sink, dish soap, etc. Also lots of extra supplies in the kitchen made cooking wonderful. LOVED the record player - our kids had a lot of fun discovering some great old music. And the views were WONDERFUL!

Spacious home with great view and location
5/5 This was a great house for our 2 families of 4. It was nice to have both an upstairs and downstairs living area. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were great as well. We would stay here again!

Great house for family vacation!
5/5 This house worked out very well for our family vacation. We are a family of ten over three generations and the house was very comfortable for all. The kitchen has all of the accessories needed to cook in, which we did several nights. The porch has great views of the mountains including Chimneytop and Whiteside Mountain off in the distance. The house was very clean and comfortable.We learned quickly not leave the doors or windows open in the cars as we had a momma bear go in to grab a couple of candy bars in one of ours. The bears seem to be all over but mind their own business unless you are careless with food or garbage. We saw a big one walk by when we were eating dinner outside at a restaurant within a couple of hundred yards of the stoplight in Cashiers.For a small daily fee you are allowed to use the recreational amenities of the Sapphire Community. We had a nice afternoon at Fairfield Lake swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.The property manager was very quick to respond to several questions that we asked him over the week.
