Comfy stay in great location
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equiped and comfortable townhouse.
It was a nice place to "come home" to after hiking, golfing and exploring that Sapphire/Cashiers/Highlands has to offer.
We would definitely recommend this place.

Mountain Getaway
4/5 Very clean condo inside! Needs a little attention to the outside with excessive leaves on the upstairs deck. Nice touch with the snack tray provided. Easy check in and out.
NC Stay
3/5 Property inside was clean. The exterior of the property was a mess.....weeds everywhere. The grill on the back deck was a mess and there was food grease on the deck because the grill had no drip pan. The downstairs master suite was extremely damp. The bedding in the unit needs to be replaced including the mattress. We moved from the master suite up stairs because of the dampness and the condition of the bedding.

- In understanding your concern, we've made several attempts to contact the HOA about the overgrown weeds, and they assured us that they would send someone to address the issue. As we share your concern and do not consider this situation acceptable, so we decided to take action by removing the overgrown weeds ourselves.
- Thank you for your valuable feedback on the drip pan. We have already purchased a new one as well as a new sheet for the master bedroom.
- We appreciate your input and will be visiting the property next week to assess and remedy the issue of dampness that you mentioned.

5/5 Immaculate and well stocked. Very comfortable furniture. Quiet setting for enjoyable meals on the balcony! Close to amenities, restaurants and shopping in Cashiers and Highlands!
