Great stay close to everything downtown.
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely consider coming back. The location is truly one of its best features—being so close to downtown made it incredibly easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions without needing to travel far. It really enhanced the overall experience.
One detail we especially appreciated was the bedroom on the main level. It made the layout feel more accessible and convenient, especially after long days out and about.
Inside, it’s clear that thoughtful updates have been made. The space feels refreshed, comfortable, and welcoming, with a nice balance of style and functionality. That said, there are still a few minor updates that could be made to elevate the experience even further—but nothing that took away from our stay in any significant way.
Overall, this is a great place in a fantastic location, and we really enjoyed our time here.

2/5 This is far from the outdoor oasis they claim. We found it in terrible shape. It was dirty and absolutely nothing worked. Not 1 outdoor light worked. The outdoor fireplace didn’t work, there were 4 propane tanks that were all empty. We called the owner multiple times with little response and no help.

5/5 Very nice property, charming, great vibe when we arrived with lighting and music. Kitchen was well enough appointed for preparing meals and hosting. Location was convenient to downtown and easy to get to campus and stadium.
