Okay Place
3/5 Pros - the house was clean and all the basics were available - sheets, towels, pool towels, dishes, cookware etc. There was plenty of room, wifi, and parking. The hot tub was nice and worked well. The outdoor grilled worked. The location is great close to grocery store, golf and Pinehurst.
Cons - The master bed was small for the room size and not very comfortable. Both couches (pullouts) in the living room were extremely uncomfortable. The owners had placed 2x6 boards and plywood under the cushions to prevent people from sinking into the couch. They were uncomfortable to the point of painful to sit on. The pool was unheated which we did not know until we arrived. This should be part of the information on the website.
Overall basic, and the price was fair. I would not rent again, but if you are comfortable with the cons, then go ahead.
