The views from this property are amazing!.The beds are so comfortable. I haven't slept so well in ages. The property was very clean and well kept. I really appreciated having all the little accommodations such as dish pods, trash bags, extra towels and blankets. We will be coming back again.

Like others have said, needs a deep clean. The upstairs Master Bedroom gets very hot, no AC upstairs. Internet was poor at best, Basement was musty and smell wafted upstairs until I closed off stairway door. The views from the deck were fantastic! We were not huge fans of this property.

The views from this house were amazing. The location is ideal for visiting Franklin and Highlands. The linens were clean and beds were very comfortable but the house overall needs a little bit of a deep clean. Lots of cobwebs on the windows and dead bugs in the lights. The upstairs living area gets VERY hot in the afternoon when the sun is setting, but the downstairs is cozy during that time of day. Overall, great stay!

Positive: Beautiful Mountain view, clean house, comfortable beds, soft fluffy towels, amazing indoor hot tub, well stocked kitchen and Ms. Pac Man game. Negative: no internet connection during whole stay. This should have been mentioned in the house description! Couldn’t watch TV or movies during whole stay. Only half of the gas grill worked and LP gas tank for the grill was very low. Reported to owner and he had LP gas delivered as well as a new gas grill.
