Cute Property but Beware
3/5 I've been hesitant to write this review. The property was great. Perfect little house for my family of 4. Short drive to the beach. Its new so its in great shape (although it lacked laundry and some kitchen items like tupperware). However, it shares a common space with the unit next door. The space is awesome, but if you do not know the renters of the next door property, you are risking your experience. Unfortunately for us, the kids that rented the other unit were completely inconsiderate - like, throwing parties at 4:00 AM. They were playing beer pong when my husband had to go over there and tell them to be quiet. I alerted the property owners after the first night and they were very very responsive but unfortunately the renters had a party the following night as well. It was absolutely brutal. We didn't sleep and it ruined our time there. So in summary, great little rental but be aware that you're sharing a space with other renters and that can make or break your experience.

Excellent experience
5/5 We had a great stay. Location was perfect and the place was exactly as described. Super clean and everything was brand new. Had an opportunity to meet the owner as well. Great guy !! I definitely recommend staying there as I’ll be back in the fall as well !! Although it was hot in July, we were able to also hang out in the common area which is shady and had great ceiling fans for air. 5 STARS for sure !!
