  My two teenage daughters and I loved our stay in this cozy studio apartment. It had everything we needed as a base of operations for a beach vacation. It was scrupulously clean, safe, well-lit and with a well-appointed modern kitchen. AC more than adequate despite July heat. The wifi worked well and we enjoyed the array of live Roku channels on rainy days! For those who may not be familiar with OIB, the apt is not on the island itself but is SO close to the causeway. It was a perfect balance of price and location for us.There is really only one drawback, which is that the walls (and ceiling) are a bit thin. I always travel with earplugs so it didn’t really bother me, but we could hear the folks upstairs pretty clearly.Overall, we got great value for our money and had a fantastic vacation. Thank you so much!

  The property was very well kept and our unit was clean. At one point we were the only two people on the entire street, so it was a little uncomfortable for two woman alone. We actually got a little spooked and let a day early and got another place closer to other renters and people. Would recommend though if it were a group of people staying.

• Awesome stay as described

  Wanted a quick weekend getaway for a Thursday to Sunday. It was in a quiet location. Unit 4 was just as described. We were very pleased had everything that we needed to relax. We drove over to beach each day and came back to enjoy some adult beverages on the front sitting area. We walked to a couple restaurants for dinner each night. Had a question and Vinny responded very quickly. Loved it and would definitely go back.
