- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code and additional check-in instructions will be emailed by PointCentral.com (subject: property access pin) one week prior to your stay. Please check your email and spam before calling the Guest Contact
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Enter 123456* into the keypad to finalize your checkout
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances.
- Leave the wall unit on and cooling during the summer/heating during the winter
- Pull down shades and curtains
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- This single-story home requires 3 steps to enter
- The property has a ductless heating and cooling system - a single wall unit is located in the front of the house. During extreme temperatures the back of the house will take longer to heat and cool. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an additional box fan, either in the closet or under the bed. You may also want to leave the curtains down to reduce the direct sunlight
- Please be aware the house is in the wooded section of Oak Island - we love our mature trees and native plants. There may be times between maintenance that the yard gets a little wild, but we do our best to keep it orderly for our guests

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the gravel driveway
- Additional free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
