We tried to warn you about the heavy rain we were experiencing and advised you it would be best to move your vehicle due to the flooding. We're sorry that you did not have a good experience with us and that it left you with bad memories for your anniversary. This was all Mother Nature's fault and not ours, but we are sorry this happened.
