5/5 Great location only steps to the beach. Owner had made some upgrades since last year which made the condo nicer. Great property manager.

Great Place! Great Location!
5/5 We just stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we loved this place. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool as well, it was never overly crowded and we were able to enjoy it every day. The owner was extremely attentive and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was very clean! We are looking forward to going back this year and have already booked another week for next year.

Diamond in the Rough
5/5 We found this condo last year and were a bit skeptical because they looked old. Well, for our family, this place is a diamond. It’s not fancy so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s not for you. But we absolutely love it. The beds are comfortable, the place is roomy for a 3 BR, the kitchen is so well appointed. You need nothing in the kitchen that isn’t there already. The showers have been updated with beautiful blue tiles..very beachy. The washer and dryer work great…often not the case at the beach. The linens and bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. The pool and the short walk to the beach were exactly what we need with 2 young grandkids who need lots of “stuff”. The view to the ocean and pool are excellent. The kids stayed in the pool with the guys while we made meals…and we could just wave from the balcony when it was time to eat. Very convenient to stores, Southport for restaurants, and you are surrounded by ice cream places…a must for this family. Parking is easy and covered so your vehicle isn’t baking all week. WiFi works well. And…the place is managed by Bryan. I can’t say enough about the level of service from him. Overall, it’s the best beach vacation spot we have found for our family trip.
