Mostly good
4/5 My stay was mostly good. The house is comfortable and cute. The yard is great for dogs. It’s quite a walk from the beach (about .7 or .8 mile) and includes crossing a busy street without crosswalks. The washer machine is a bit broken and you can’t leave it on unattended. Those two things were a little misleading in the ad.
The host was very responsive and kind but there are some management items that could be improved in my opinion.
There were various versions of check out instructions so that was confusing. There is also a book from evolve in the house that said linens and towel use would cost extra... I will be watching my credit card for that because the VRBO listing said linens and towels included. There were more house keeping demands for guests than I usually experience with rentals, too. We had to make our own beds when we got there, and when checking out we had to strip the beds and sweep. For the amount of cleaning and pet fees we paid, I would expect at least the beds to be made when we got there.

5/5 We had a great time at this home. We appreciated the clean home and comfortable bed, but the screened in back porch was the best! We definitely recommend this VRBO.

5/5 When we booked this great house, we didn't realize we had stayed here in March 2019. When we walked in the door the memory came back. This is such a great home !!! Awesome for our fur baby !!!! It has all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. The house was immaculate and the upgrades since 2019 show well!!!Thanks so much for another great stay !!!!!

5/5 We booked this house for a mini get away. When we walked in I knew instantly that we had been here before. Sure enough , we had stayed here 4 years ago. Loved it then, love it more now. The upgrades and cleanliness are fantastic! We would definitely recommend / stay here again!! 5 + stars
