Nice for family Thanksgiving gathering
5/5 The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area, and living room were great for our family Thanksgiving. We did not fish or do other water activities, but enjoyed the decks and views tremendously. The enclosed porch with all around windows was nice for views too , while providing indoor comfort. The house HVAC worked perfectly for us through the cool days and cold nights.
The original structure built in the 1940s has been thoroughly updated and expanded. It keeps some of the original character in the stairways and lower level.
Badin Lake has a pretty steep bank in this area so the two story house fits in nicely. A large gravel parking area in front also has a slight slope to it, from the paved street.
Fishermen or boaters will really enjoy this location and amenities.

WON’T LET YOU DOWN
5/5 House is much larger than I expected. There is plenty of room and hangout spaces; we never felt like we were on top of each other. The inside of the house is well taken care of with great upgrades; really making the place feel FANCY. The outside space with covered back porch, fire pit and dock really made hanging out outdoors an awesome experience. Give this place a CHANCE, IT WON’T LET YOU DOWN!
