CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code on the roadside door is 1063 and the code for the riverside door is 1861. Turn the deadbolt manually after entering the code to enter. Press the big button and manually lock the deadbolt after exiting
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Place all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Set the A/C units to 72 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story home requires stairs for entry
- This waterfront property has no fence before the river; please supervise children at all times
- The property features split air conditioning units that have remote controls. They can be set to heat or cool. Press the 'Mode' button to change heat or cold air.
- The fireplace is in the dining room when you enter the home. You can turn it on or off by pulling down the drawer via the black knob - you will have to get down on your knees to do this likely. There are instructions underneath the fireplace in a booklet that will pop out when you pull the drawer down
- The property features local TV and internet channels, but you have to find them on the Internet portion of the Smart TV. Press HOME, choose LIVE TV, then use the channel up and down buttons to select the channel; you can press the GUIDE button too. Channels under 1000 are local and over the air; over 1000 are digital/web-based
- If you want to use the chiminea on the patio, please plan to bring wood with you. Usually, local gas stations carry small piles of logs. Also when using - please make sure you know where the wind is blowing so you don't smoke out the neighbors
- The large oven interior is 24 inches between the rack supports. From the top of the rack supports to the bottom of the next rack support is 3 1/2 inches

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the carport
- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the gravel driveway
- RV/Trailer parking allowed on-site (30 amp plug, hose bib, & sewer available)
- Street parking is prohibited
