Pre Thanksgiving respite of Joy
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this special place. Property was clean and every necessity provided as noted in the description. Plenty of books, dvds, puzzles, pool table, covered outdoor hot tub. and board games for one rainy day. The castle is a very unique VRBO with plenty of room for everybody. Tge property is exoansive with pond, trail, and a great fire pit under the stars. We hope to return again and are thankful that we were able to enjoy a restful few days.

Short stay in Murphy
5/5 Was in Murphy for a few days over the holidays and made our first time staying at the castle, it was great. Communication was quick and eay, property and castle was fantastic. Uniquely decorated with a great hot tub / pavilion area. Will plan on staying again when in the Murphy area.

Amazing stay at the Castle of Joy
5/5 We arrived and immediately were taken aback by the seclusion and beauty of the castle and its grounds. We spent the week enjoying the nature trails and relaxing at the castle. If you are looking for a place to unplug and relax I cant recommend the Castle of Joy enough.
Murphy Stay
5/5 We had a short stay in the Murphy area over the July 4th holiday and decided to stay at the Castle. It was a good decision. It’s such a unique place with great decor that we loved it and will be planning on staying again.
The hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.
Girls trip
5/5 Castle is a unique accommodation and was cool to check off a bucket list trip for our group of 5 best friends. We came to celebrate a birthday and in memory of a best girlfriend who has passed. It was a really good stay and we’d recommend the castle as well as would return to stay again.
