Host cancelled and nightmare to get refund
1/5 Host cancelled rental less than 16 hours prior to check in. Host did not send refund notice to property management team who used VRBO as a rental platform. Took me 3 weeks and over 5 calls to get refund. Awful experience.

Awesome house and area, just hot
3/5 We arrived around 2am and the AC was set on 70° but was 75 in the house. I set it to 69° and never got below 73°. During the day it was set to 69° and ranged between 75-80°. I text the lady over it and she said that it was just hot and they had some extra AC units in the living room to help with it, but did not help with the rest of the house. It was hot when sleeping which was horrible. I couldn’t imagine staying in this house in July and August when it was really hot. I would consider staying here again but the AC issue would have to be fixed.
