Big family outing

Not as expected
2/5 We are not sure exactly what happened during our stay but the woman who was the property manager prior to our arrival (and who was responsive and great) told us after we arrived and ran into issues that the owner’s son would now be serving as property manager. There was a nest of raccoons living in the roof and we kept finding baby raccoons on the porch. We did our best to try to put them back with their mother, but it was certainly less than ideal. The first day, we were told that the property manager would bring a tool to clean the bottom of the pool but that never happened. Additionally the air conditioning units froze while we were there and the AC was not functioning properly. It was very hot at night.
The location was good and the house was comfortable (aside from not being able to use the pool or the AC properly, but overall this was probably the worst rental experience I’ve had.

Hi JoAnn, we value providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner: The guest arrived a day earlier than their scheduled check-in date. As a result, essential maintenance activities were in progress that day, including A/C repairs and a visit from animal control to address a raccoon issue. Had the check-in occurred on the correct date, these issues would have been resolved beforehand, ensuring a more seamless experience. We hope the generous measures taken to make things right helped make up for some of the inconvenience. We truly do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

1/5 This property was not ready for when we arrived it was filthy outside the pool was disgusting couldn’t use outdoor areas at all or pool . Grass was high that sent a yard man during our stay which disturbed us even further . We complained they finally sent a cleaner later Saturday we checked out Sunday but never actually got to use outdoor . Renters beware !!!! False advertising not as stated they said they would refund $200 who knows if they actually will . Horrible conditions. Over priced badly . Will never recommend
