#2 it was clean.
#3 it had what we needed.
#4 the loction was good for us, it is way out in the country.
#5 the furniture was a mixture of antiques and new, the combination was both attractive and comfortable.

Great two family house.
5/5 This listing had it all. Close proximity to hiking, state parks, and quiet at the house. It was a really good house for having two families. The 4 person bunk room was great. Everyone wins!
